Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant Service Agreement. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms and Conditions, fail to make payment, or engage in conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to our business or other clients. Upon termination, any outstanding payment obligations remain in force.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
